Responsible Gaming Policy
At FunCommunityNZ.com, we are dedicated to promoting a safe, enjoyable, and balanced gaming experience for all players. Our platform is designed purely for entertainment purposes, offering free-to-play social casino-style games — all without real-money gambling, prizes, or cash rewards. We believe that responsible play ensures gaming remains fun, stress-free, and positive.
Our Approach to Safe Gameplay
Safe gameplay means playing for enjoyment while maintaining control and balance in everyday life. We encourage all players to:
- Enjoy games for fun and relaxation, not to escape problems or stress.
- Play in moderation, balancing screen time with other daily activities.
- Take regular breaks to avoid fatigue or frustration.
- Never play under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or while feeling upset.
- Keep gaming a leisure activity, not a replacement for work, study, or family time.
- Avoid excessive play sessions or compulsive behavior.
Our mission is to provide a friendly, exciting environment where entertainment never becomes a burden.
Recognizing Unhealthy Gaming Patterns
It’s important to be aware of behaviors that might indicate loss of control or excessive gaming, such as:
- Spending long hours playing and neglecting other responsibilities.
- Feeling anxious or irritable when unable to play.
- Prioritizing gaming over social or family connections.
- Using games to cope with emotional distress.
- Repeatedly increasing playtime despite negative consequences.
If you recognize these signs in yourself or someone you know, it might be time to take a break or seek advice.
Taking a Break from Play
Although Fun Community NZ is an entertainment-only platform, we still support players who feel they need time away.
If you wish to take a break or temporarily stop accessing our games:
- Contact us via the Contact Form or at support@funcommunitynz.com with the subject line “Take a Break”.
- We will make every reasonable effort to limit your account access for a chosen period (7, 14, or 30 days).
- During this time, your account and gameplay access will be paused.
- Once the chosen period ends, access may automatically resume unless you request otherwise.
Self-Exclusion
If you wish to extend your break for a longer period (for example, six months or more), you may request Self-Exclusion. This means your access to all FunCommunityNZ.com games will be restricted for the specified duration.
To request self-exclusion:
- Email support@funcommunitynz.com with the subject line “Self-Exclusion Request.”
- Include your name and the email address used for your account (if applicable).
- Our team will confirm the action by email once processed.
During self-exclusion:
- You will not have access to gameplay, rewards, or login bonuses.
- You are encouraged to unfollow our social channels and newsletters to reduce temptation.
- After the self-exclusion period, you can contact us to request reactivation.
- Reactivation requests may take up to seven (7) days for review.
Please note: self-exclusion requires your cooperation. Players must not attempt to create new accounts or use different details to bypass restrictions.
